Hello,
I have been using BRS 2-Part for several years. Yesterday I mixed a gallon of ALK (Soda Ash). I used a pre-measured container of Soda Ash, followed the directions and poured the Soda Ash into 3/4 gallon of RODI. Shook until dissolved. Then topped off with RODI. Today, I hear some sediment of the Soda Ash that did not fully dissolve. I have tried shaking (ALOT), but am not getting it to dissolve. BRS Support answered that I should add more RODI until it dissolves or pour off the clear solution into another container and use that to dose. Suggestions?

Can you warm it up in a warm water bath? That may help the last little bit dissolve

Is your soda ash pure? If it does not dissolve from warming up as suggested, it is either impurities or precipitation from sometime already in the water. Check your RODI.

I have to warm and shake mine a ton to get it all dissolved. I have a 2g bucket to give my 1g jug a warm soak before I add the soda ash and then it works better.
