I really want to support my LFS, but, BRS, with classy moves like these is making it really tough. Ya know? It’s like you sense they’re not just trying to make a buck and the company was founded on an actual passion for the hobby. Props.

I love BRS.. I ordered a glass hole saw bit and the shank came bent. I called them up and no questions asked they shipped out a new one the next day and expiated it. They've sent me the wrong type rock before and just told me to keep it and they shipped the correct rock. Hard to use another online company

Yea 95% of the stuff I buy is from brs. There the best. Like said above hard to shop anywhere else.
