well I am ready to show off my tank a bit, DAS custom build 6x30x24 high, 3 radion Xr30 Pros, vextra M1 return, 2x MP40 qd, reef octopus 250 int skimmer, Apex controlled, Tunze Ato, Kessil Fuge LED, DOS dosing pump w/ dual reservoirs and a BRS jumbo reactor running carbon.

Few misc snails and hermits ~150 each a powder brown tang, really a blank canvas to work off...tank has been up and running about 10 months, ready for corals

Very nice Bruce!

nice tank man.. I'm setting up a 220 planet aquarium tank and will be following along with your thread. love how the canopy opens.. and has a lot of exposed area to work on the tank. I'm wanting a MH with t5 hybrid fixture but don't know of many canopys that are 12" tall or taller. Are you happy with your Eco-tech Vectra M1 pump? I bought the same for my sump pump, hoping it will be powerful enough to use to power 2 reactors, chiller, and the tank return.

Love the vectra lots of power and silent have to touch it to even know it's on or At return lines.

Thanks 4 years of saving and planning. I need to upgrade my sump. Thinking about the IceCap 48xl
Did you end up going with the icecap 48? Thinking about it hard for my new build.

That's a great-looking tank, Bruce!

The rock looks good, too - and should provide lots of exploring and dwelling space for plenty of fish. Truly, a blank canvas waiting to be brought to life!

~Bruce, with a 220 (stood on edge, by comparison with yours) only a foot and a half away . . .

Tank looks great, really looks like patience paid huge dividends in getting started.
