BTA HOLE ?

Hi guys my BTA has a hole about half and inch next to its mouth is this another mouth ready for it to split ? Thanks

I've had several Nems split during my time in the hobby. I don't believe that hole is a mouth. In my experience, when a Nem splits, a portion of its mouth goes with it. When it heals, a new mouth is formed.

Not a second mouth, but not sure what it is. My guess is a wound from something.
