Bought him 3weeks ago moved around a bit. Clown fish was hosting it where ever It went then I found it behind a rock today dead and a mess must of been dead for a couple of days it stunk when I got it out why did it die? Reef squad help merry Christmas to all

Sorry that's happened.....they really are tough as nails, so we need to get to the bottom of this.

The moving around indicates he was unhappy with his location.

Was he in a Hi - Med or Lo light tank when you got him?

How does your tank's light compare?

What is your flow like? A tank picture that includes your flow pumps would help.

Those are the parameters just did the test salinity is 024 it's a 155 gal bowfront it's about running for about 1 year he was on the bottom of the tankmy temp is 78 and here are some pics
