I have 2 Kessil 360we leds. They are about 8 inches above the water and the nems are about 10 - 12 inches below the water. The lights run for 12 hrs. Ramping up to 60% peak intensity. I have kept this schedule for over a year. Only recently bumping up intensity from 55 to 60%. I did this a few weeks ago to see it it helped the nems.

Temp: 77-79 it swings a bit but usually stays in that range.

Mag:1320-1360, but has been up to 1500
Ammonia: 0
Nitrites: 0
Phosphates: 0.08
Nitrates: 12.0 ppm - 16.0 ppm

It's hard to say how often. Those numbers are the ranges I get when I test. I only test if something looks off or after a water change. The tank is about 1 year and 10 months old. So it runs pretty stable.

I just took these. You can barely see the one nem. It's almost completely closed up bit its tucked into the rock just below, and to the right, of that candy cane/trumpet coral head.
