Bumps on Yelliw watchman Goby face?

I have this yellow watchman goby and notice 2 symmetrical bumps almost in his mouth. Should I be worried?

How long has it had the bumps? What other tankmates does it have? #fishmedic

I notice them like 2 days after I got him, he’s in a tank with two clownfish and a flame angelfish. The clownfish are mocha ocellaris clownfish

Others with more Goby knowledge will likely answer - however, the symmetrical nature does not suggest a disease to me. Are they persistent? Do they ever move? How long ago did you get him? @Jay Hemdal @vetteguy53081

About 2 weeks ago, I never see them move because he rarely comes out.

So - do you know if it ever had a time when they weren't visible - I haven't done a dental exam on a YWG lately - but they may just be natural - or even sand - though that would move around.

No I don’t remember a time that they weren’t visible, but I don’t like that he has them now
