There used to be a way to post feedback for a buyer or seller on the persons profile page.
I can't find it.
Is it still there?

I know there is a forum for that but having it on their profile page makes it more visible.
People need to be able to see it.
I've been told by my facebook friends that buying from people on a forum is too risky.
Being able to see other peoples comments about you would help with that anxiety.

That, I believe, is something that is still being worked on with the changeover :)

Is there a thread about how to buy from another member of the forum? I've searching but haven't found anything yet. I know about the sales that sponsors have but what about just member to member.
Thanks

Do you mean the selling forum? There should be items from both sponsors and other members

What I'm asking is how do you go about buying from another member if you find something, like in the multiple thread listing that gets emailed out to everyone. Are there rules etc.

OK thanks
Then I guess they send a PP invoice or we work that out.
Yup, you work out payment with the seller. It's best to go through PayPal though and remember to never pay as friends and family and report any users requesting payment as friends and family. If you pay by friends and family and something goes wrong you are not protected in any way.

Any negotiating should be done via private message.
I've sold (and bought ) many items here.
I appreciate it when someone contacts me in private if they want to deal, but think my price is too high.
Sometimes I do drop the price and sometimes I don't.
If someone low balls me in the thread, I definitely don't.

Completely understand, I agree everything should be between buyer & seller
Thanks for the info
