No problem on the advice, bud. I fell in love with them as soon as I put them on my tank. I'm glad to see that others are experiencing the same!

I have the lights also and i swear with just the middle panel on, it still looks like a nice color. So, how you liking the color with only the side panels on?Do the corals still pop as much as they do under 2 Blue + bulbs?!?

They do pop more as the picture of the favia shows.I think they can't be compared to any t5 blue/actinic bulb as they are a more crisp "natural" look rather than an artificial deep blue look.I am very happy with the fixture as it is more powerful then I thought it would be:)

and i got the gen 2 ,which is twice as strong!

Yah, i thought you would think the same with the more "natural" color because we both came from T5's and were used to the 2xBlue + bulbs. But its good the corals still pop so we won't be needing the Reefbrite led's anymore so we can save our money now.. lol

The wires that are connected to the fixtures are ment to be "hooked" with hooks so you will probably have to buy some wire and attach hooks to them at the ends and hook them to the wires that are on the fixtures.

I know a lot of people think LEDs are OMGWTFBBQ amazing, but I'll give it a few years. Glad I got a heck of a deal on your old PM though

Kraylen, just wanted to point out that led fixture your using is made in China just like the one bayreefer is using, except yours is using 119 1w led's being driven at .78w compared to his using 119 3w led's being driven at 1.26w. Yours has a 1yr warranty and his has a 3yr warranty. Yours is pulling 94w while his is pulling 150w. Not sure what your bash is all about.
