You dont want too high or moderate but happy medium = Good flow and moderate light as well. These are one of the hardier leathers of its' grouping

Cabbage leathers like quite a bit of flow and light to be happy.

I moved it so it can at least flops its sides down instead of having powerhead pushing sides toward one direction

now trying to determine where to put a firecracker clove polyp frag i got if it can take high lighting
