Thanks, I am. Once I got the tape removed and any adhesive from it washed off the Benadryl was able to take care of it once it kicked in.

My artists all know about my weird adhesive allergy and wrap way more wrap around me so they can tape across without hitting me, he just barely touched my leg with it this time. Just barely. I didn't even think to double check it sooner because they're generally really on top of it.

My tattoo artist died this past year. It was like a punch to the gut.

Your ink looks amazing and makes me consider finding a new artist.

He was a cool dude, but a 3%’er and they tend not to either live forever or die young. I still have a coverup planned with him, but I guess someone else will have to do it.

Yeah my Oct session isn't quite a coverup, but a reworking of something a different artist did about 6 years ago that just looks like garbage now - never went back to that guy.

It was beautiful when he did it, and I've seen a lot of his work on close friends years later without the issue I had. I think I had an allergy to one of the pinks he used to begin with. Even now, years later, when I'm out in the sun the areas that color sat heavily swell up and are just big hard lumps - even though the color itself is invisible. With that said, the linework on the outside blurred to hell, which again - never happened even on older tattoos with finer linework.

Here it was originally: (awh, look at ****rat next to me, sweet boy)

And today: the little bits of color that didn't fade out just look like bruises

So anyway, giving that fresh life soon!

Also have 2 back of thigh tattoos lined up with one of my other artists.

Next week starts inventory prep and I'm preemptively dreading it.

I've been feeding Cubert half a cube of easy masstick every day since he got caught on the powerhead twice last week - I don't think he was catching enough of the flake/frozen on his own initially. He's gotten faster and fatter since the masstick addition. He knows exactly where I put it and starts swimming to that area when I approach the tank in the morning. Haven't had a powerhead issue since a couple days into that. Yay. I think he's getting stronger.

Leopard wrasse is out every morning and very active with all the other fish now.

Assuming I lost the timor and both cherubs (again) to the serpent star... I think maybe this weekend we'll relocate to the sump and work on rehoming.

Anyway, house news.... Guess the dishwasher and hood were set to be delivered yesterday - haven't been by to check, maybe tomorrow. Still not sure if the driveway got poured or not yet.

We thought about having him walk up the side of the driveway to have a trail of his pawprints. But.... we have no idea when it's actually happening to time it right

Last week I started a paypal claim on my aqd order, and that Saturday got a message aquarium depot was going to reship the doa to me, they did not address the completely missing portion of the order. They responded to my email to them through their website to address it, they stated that I would have a shipping label emailed to me that afternoon and it would go out "asap"

I received nothing. I emailed on Tuesday both through their site and in response to that email to follow-up and to ask about the entirely missing portion of the order. No response.

Yesterday I messaged through the paypal claim addressing all of this, and asking them for an update since they're not responding to emails or messages through their site and they didn't do what they said they were going to a week prior.

No response, but they refunded me this morning at least with a comment on the paypal claim that just says "HERE YA GO" :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing: :rolleyes:

Will not be doing business with them ever again, nor will I recommend them ever.

I was going to ask what ever happened but thought better of it. At least you got the $ back.
