I use a dosetronic. It has 5 heads, uses stepper motors that allow dose resolution down to a tenth of a mL( ie. 3.7ml programming) or continuous duty use(auto water change). 5 heads for $700 is 140 per head. Software is great, I've been using it about 4 or 5 years with zero maintenence or problems.

Seriously love my kamoers. Coralvue has the 4 head on clearance and aliexpress has a 5 head. The app is a bit tricky but once you set it it's been perfect. I also have the old skool Bluetooth singles as well.

Echoing this one - I had the Kamoer for a while and it got the job done once you worked through the app woes. I got a steal of a deal on a Red Sea 2 head doser, having it all consolidated into 1 app was a convenient selling point (though I have yet to need to dose the new tank, so no opinion on how well it works yet).

I got an amazing deal on a 4head redsea a few years back but I really don't want to pay full price on another one so I was looking for another option. I think the solution may be kamoer.

I don't blame you. I was pretty deep into the red sea ecosystem when I bought it, I've since become more agnostic in my equipment (whoda thunk that having one of their tank seams fail on me would sour me on the brand?)

Their app is though, in my opinion, the least awful of all of the reef company apps... with the exception of maybe mobius, but i'm not paying the ecotech tax.

Good deals on some hydros refurbished stuff too. I am so tempted to get another doser but I just got all that friggin yarn. Plus I bought the x8 and ato off a member here so I am tapped out for the next month or so.

Let me know if you need any help setting them up. The hardest part for me was figuring out where to go in the app to rename them.

Redsea doser set up with 4 of the moonshine dailies...

Hey guys, don't follow my lead and pack things away without thoroughly cleaning them thinking "it'll be fine, I'll deal with it when I set it back up" - cleaning the tubing out in the heads was a real pita. But all 4 are functional again. I think they were in storage for 2 years :grimacing-face:

Hopefully the kamoer goes way faster when it arrives.

The hanging mounts they include for the bars is extremely short. But they do have brackets that you can screw into something.

This is the too large one they sent me and I wanted to see how bright it was lol. That’s a 36” bar. I can measure the lines and I can get some pics of the other thjnf they sent too maybhelp with your brainstorming

Moving the light on the pony tank with its mount to the toadfish tank, putting the bar over the pony tank (so it needs mount & I don't want to ceiling hang)

Ah okay. I ask as I’ve been looking into supplemental bar lights, but mounting them in my desired way is proving difficult.

I get that - I have supplemental lights for the big tank but figuring out mounting them still hasn't happened. I might just sell them
