Calendar..How can we use it?

I decided to check out the R2R calendar, but it's empty! What can we do to fill it up? I've got a few ideas, and maybe the crowd can come up with a way to make it a useful resource. I'd be willing to coordinate and be the POC if we could liven it up.

List the frag swaps. Perhaps the club presidents could have access to the calendar to list their event, location, and planned vendors.
Vendors could list live sales or plant coupons to encourage people to check it out.
List major national events like MACNA and RAP
List events at major aquariums such as the Camden or Baltimore Aquarium.

Yeah, we kinda got bad about updating that.

The short answer is a mod can add any thread to the calendar - but this also means each event needs a dedicated thread.
