My oldest son upgraded his 1.5 gallon to a 10 gallon yesterday. Still a little cloudy but he added a peppermint shrimp yesterday to “add a little movement.” He keeps coming up and looking at my tank and I have to keep reminding him it’s been up for almost 3/12 years. I think he has been infected with the saltwater bug. Anyone want to place a bet on how long it will be until he converts one of his large freshwater tanks to salt?

I give him 6 months lol

Thank you I have re enrolled in my group therapy and should have never stoped going.
I realize that part of my recovery needs to be about helping others as well as myself and should be life long. You don’t just get better you have to keep active and engaged in recovery.
So next week 0800 Monday, Wednesday and Friday hour long group with other combat veterans and this will help me be active in my recovery.

still doing the shrimp? there were none available right now but RF has mini zebra crabs.

Sexy Shrimp and Porcelain Crabs can be hosted by RFAs I believe.

Yes I ordered 4 sexy shrimp but meant to go order 5 I emailed them to see if i could add one more and am waiting to hear back.

Thank you so much! Some of the others have come up with amazing ways to turn non-aquarium things into pico tanks. There are a lot of creative people in that group.

Nah not too much creativity as far as setup and making it work for mine since I'm using aquarium items I can just buy or have on hand but thank you. Some are using 3d printers to make stuff and just ask kinds of engineering stuff to make the item work as a pico tank. One lady has a really cool jar that is shaped like a cat I'm curious to see how she manages to get rock inside the tiny opening and glued together to make a scape.

That is lovely! I have done something similar but with a rectangle shaped box along the back.
