My best guess (and it's only a guess) is a Camallanus worm.

Tiny red worm that came in on a hammer. Can anyone ID this?
That's a polychaete (bristleworm) of some variety, but I can't say which variety from the video. Any chance you could get closer up pics of it, particularly of the head? Did it have any tentacles on the head?

I grabbed it with tweezers and washed it down the drain. In total it was probably ¾" long and smaller than a pencil line.
