Hello,
I have a Red Sea Max E-170 AIO 45g tank

I currently have the following fish
2 clown fish (orange and black and white)
Black Cap Bassett
Midas Blenny
2 Cardinal fish

Can I add more fish without overloading my tank? I would like to a sand filter fish like jawfish and maybe one more small fish.

How long has the tank been set up? What are the parameters?
Assuming the existing stock has been added slowly and the current bio-load is being handled with the filtration you have, I could see adding one or two small fish.
If the tank is new, then I would give it time to mature before adding anything else.
