Can I use KNO3 /KH2PO4 whit NP bacto blance ?

Water visibility stay the same... (i have a 18w uv in the system.)
But each ~2week i do a storm (strongly blast all the sand) and use a big 5micron filter sock for 5-6hrs.

Only thing i remark... (if you talk about bacterial bloom)
(My front glass don't received much light, so it stay clean a long time)
In the first week of npb i remark some withe film on the front glass... but that's it.

I didn't actually mean water clarity when i said visibly better, i meant the look of the organisms in it. :)
