I have a question I want to place zoas on a LR with a Christmas favia..is this possible? Can they coexist...on the same rock.

no probably not. favia are semi aggressive. and all corals grow. so space is required. how far apart are they?
if it helps, look at live aquaria they have guides for you to help

IMO this can be done. Being that the zoanthids will probably grow much faster than the Favia, they'll probably grow around the coral until the sweepers begin to keep them at bay. Sort of a give and take relationship. Just as an example, it would be kind of like this sps coral and the clove polyps. GL.
