Hi, I have a Fluval Evo that is starting to get some bubble algae, I'm wanting to try and control it by a natural method like an emerald crab but I'm unsure whether it would get along with the porcelain crab that I have hosting my RBTA.
has anyone got any experience keeping the two or are they not compatible together?

Thanks in advance

Hello @AndrewG99

Sorry for the delay. Not sure if you are still having issues. I know a lot of people use Vibrant to rid the tanks of algae. I am not sure about compatibility of the 2 crabs.

I am not a big fan of the chemicals so maybe someone tonight will know about the crabs.

Tried the emerald crab thing for bubble.
Never touched it, but does enjoy fish feeding time, very lazy.
Doubt the emerald is interested in the porcelain, but if push came to shove, and the opportunity arose.......well....

I have no crabs now.....learned I did not need them and many are problems....or become one.

Vibrant took 12weeks for me but cleared every bubble.
Great stuff if used correctly.
