Only time I ever saw this particular kind of crab with that Darth Maul/Sinistar looking kind of face on the shell

I don’t see it.
Start with the circle at bottom middle as the mouth doing a Ric Flair “Wooooo!”. The two lines like a V as the nose and the eyes the two dots near the top.

seems to be of the xanthidae family which are mostly not reef safe, would put it in the sump though as they are pretty cool looking anyway.

That looks really cool. It almost looks like a face yelling or something.

Yeah, looks like it's probably an Atergatis species, possibly A. floridus (which is highly variable in coloration), but I don't know for sure.

Regardless, not a reef-safe crab.
