Candy Cane help

I got this candy cane about two weeks ago and the bottom part is starting to turn white and slowly moving up. Why is this happening and how can I stop it?

Like your nitrate and phosphate levels. Yea your alk is high for low nutrient, that would explain it. What salt are you using?

Nitrate is 10 and Phosphate is 0.

I have two AI Prine on my IM Nuevo 20.

Mine did the same when I introduced it to a new tank, looks heathy! In to low of light they will grow long. Soon it will look like this.

I think I looks ok to. I have a nice colony that I had higher in my tank. I dropped it down and it really took off. See how it reacts to light and flow and slowly move if it doesn’t look happy

What is that? Broadcast? Does that help the candy cane coral?

twice a week I feed my tank live freshly hatched brine shrimp and turn off the pump for an hour.
