Candy Cane Question

Hello,

Been working on my sump redo, so playing around with maybe doing a re-scape also.

Moved my candy cane. Went from about 5 inches from top and fairly close to my mp40. It was about 12-15 inches from HD 52 light.

I moved it to bottom of tank and low flow. Waters fine. Tank 180 24 inches high

I am thinking par but before I relocate again or bump up lights want opinion. Think light, flow, or both
