Hi all, cannot connect to my GHL or GHL connect, receive message saying my password is incorrect. Even tried communicating with GHL support using my name and email address and never receive a reply from GHL. Please help me of you can thanks, Jay.

If I were you I'd contact their support again. Im unsure if a regular person can help you, this seems to be an administration error.

Have you tried logging into myGHL from a browser first instead of the app? If the same credentials work there, I’d remove the connection from GHL Connect and add it again. If they don’t work in the browser either, I’d reset the password and then try again. Also worth checking the spam folder in case the support replies or reset email ended up there

Hi, I have a couple questions for us to get a better idea of what exactly you are experiencing.

Are you currently able to use your P4?
Were you able to access it through GHL Control Center (on a Windows PC)?
What happened when you clicked on “Forgot password?” on myGHL.com (using your web browser)?

Is it a P4 bought used or brand new? If it is a used - please ask the former user to delete this item on his/hers MyGHL

Step 1 In a web browser type https://myghl.com/GHLConnect/

You will get this answer

If you already is registered - fill in your registered e-mail and password and hit login. If your not registered - do that After login you will see this if you do not have any device registered on this account

Now - to be able to help you more - I need to know how you are connecting to your P4 at the moment

About contact with GHL - GHL will only answer you in the ticket system - you need to register on their webpage first

When your registered and logged in - go to support

To connect the GHLconnect app to a P4 over a local WiFi (no myGHL) does not require a GHL password. Only the login for the local WiFi network.

For linking the P4 to myGHL and connecting from outside the home network to the P4, than myGHL login credentials are required.

A P4 that is not connected to a local network can not connect to myGHL.

So where lies the problem exactly?

No, I cannot connect it to GHL Control Center, when I click on forgot password, I receive a message saying they will send me a code so I can change the password, I never receive the code or Emails from their support team.

I don't know, the app asks me to add device since my Profilux 4 does not show up in MyGHL, when I click on add device it asks me for the ID number and when I enter my ID number it states the number is not detected.

Tagging @Lasse as he’s pretty helpful when it comes to GHL devices.
