Cant log in

On my real account. It is asking for verification as it occasionally does but I do not receive the email code to enter. I have sent help requests via the contact form but haven't gotten any reply. I am Probably making a silly mistake but I cant figure it out. Yes I checked spam folder.

Help please!

We're not passive aggressive. LOL We'd let you know if there was a problem from our end for sure (I can assure you there's not). :-) I'm not seeing any issues that should be hindering you. Are you trying to log in through the app? A browser (if so, which one)? We'll figure this out and get your old account going for you!

I use chrome on my samsung phone.

It seems that emails aren't getting out. I send a pm from this account and I dont get a notification.

Can the verification process be bypassed?
