Can't say for certain, but my guess would be that you haven't fully meant the 30 membership requirement. The computer tracks your time of membership from the exact day and time that you register. If you didn't sign in till February sometime, you may not have yet reached the 30 day mimimum.

You just met your 30 day requirement, today and depending on what time of day you registered, you may not have actually met it yet. Give it a day to see if it automatically kicks in.
