Capturing Copepods from my sump

Does anyone know the best way to capture copepods from my sump to feed to my fish?

I have seen people make 3d printed or acrylic "pod hotels" it's just a small cube with lots of crevasse for them to hide and breed. People will usually buy two and rotate them between the sump and display.

Place a rock in sump with many holes and they will go in there. Lift rock out into a container and agitate it, and many pods will come running out. You'll have to repeat this process occasionally

Your return pump will give them a ride up to the display tank just fine

For Pod Hotels, I took the Plastic Sign Material, looks like Corrugated Card Board, but is all plastic. Cut in two inches squares glued and stacked them together.
