Silly question, but does feeding your chalice/acans make them grow faster? I try to feed my chalices and acans at least twice a week, but I was reading that this one person feeds one of his chalices everyday and had insane growth.

What are you experiences? I find that my acans grow painfully slow, and I would like to see my chalices grow faster. :)

Cheers!

i've done side by side comparison of 4 Mummy eye frags, 2 fed 1-2 times a week, the other 2 not fed. i did notice more growth with the fed ones over ~4 monhts. not a lot but I fed a small amount.

I feed my chalices a few times a week and the growth is pretty good, but when I started feeding the couple of acan frags I have, they started popping out new heads pretty regularly. So I believe feeding them does help growth, it definitely doesn't hurt

By feeding it does stimulate more mouths to grow. I found out that by feeding mysis instead of brine shrimp increases growth more. Im guessing because there is more nutrition in mysis

I'm going to try daily feeding and see if I notice a big difference. So far, yes! But it hasn't been long enough to make an assumption. A side-by-side growth comparison would be a cool little write-up. :)
