i got them for an incredible deal!

These are not seen often in the hobby and require a cool aquarium (right now they are at 75) When you do find them it they are juveniles (as adults rarely survive shipping and are extremely disease prone). A friend of mine has some great contacts and was able to track this beautiful adult pair down for me. The female is 5" and the male is 4".

I set up a system just for them so i can range the temp anywhere from 68 to 78 if needed. They would not be able to survive my main system because it is to warm at 82.

I really commend you on doing your homework and setting up a tank to make them happy....temperature can make such a huge difference...are you using a chiller? You can just see that beautiful line, especially over the mouth of the fish on the left. Congrats on a wonderful acquisition...can't wait to see spawning pictures.
