Ive seen it mentioned on Advanced Aquarist a couple times that CP is a treatment for flukes. Is this true? Im currently fighting flukes on a tilefish that have been through 2 rounds of prazi and 3 rounds of general cure but i did start CP a few days ago, I was just wondering if the CP would help the fluke problem.

I've never seen any evidence that it treats flukes. If Prazi and GC hasn't done anything for it, then you might try formalin dips. That should take care of it no matter what. You would do two dips similar to the dosing instructions of Prazi 5-7 days apart.
From Humble:
Formalin dips – Water temp <70° 250 ppm for 30 minutes, water temp >70° or formalin sensitive fish 150 ppm for no more than 45 minutes. These dips can be repeated every 5-7 days. As always with formalin aerate for at least one hour prior to dip.
