I’ve ordered from them before and was happy with the croceas I got. They’re reputable, I bet they take care of you guys.

same, ordered 4th of july sale. can't get in contact with anyone. Going on vacation next week, luck would have it it'll show up and sit outside for a week.

7 days voice mail full, text unanswered and no return emails. I’m going to see how this plays out. I think they’ll be losing a few return customers over this issue.

Just a heads up to everybody, I just received an email asking what date I want my clam delivered. Kind of funny considering I already texted them several times asking when it was gonna be delivered but hey, it’s on its way hopefully so that’s a thumbs up.

I had a miscommunication issue with them as well.. My best route was over text with John. Seemed like my email were going to a dead-end box. Have you tried [email protected]?

Both clams I received were healthy and would recommend him again
Tried all forms of communication. They finally reached out so it’s all good. Just will be my last order.

I too am having poor communication issues with them. Last week they responded that they just saw my order from the 4th and asked when I wanted it shipped. I responded the next day but haven't heard back yet. I'm annoyed I didn't put it on the credit card to dispute the charges if it comes to that. I'm sure it won't as they are pretty reputable but I'll have to think twice about ordering from them again.

But are they really reputable? I mean 6 unanswered emails, 9 unanswered text 1 unanswered voice mail when he finally cleared his voicemail so a message could be left. He may have been reputable at one time. I’d put something on vendor feedback but I’ve seen he doesn’t comment on those either.

Day 12 with no contact. Just did a charge back. Now I’ll move on.

Still nothing over here... more calls, more messages, more emails and no response. Starting to get worried. And you're right... the reputation has definitely taken a hit in my mind. I probably won't order again even if it does come in. I'm pretty reasonable, if they have an issue I don't mind waiting but the lack of communication is frustrating.

John is a pretty reputable guy. He is just a one man show. I don’t know what is going on, but it is not the usual. There may be something else going on right now that supersedes his business. This I don’t know. But before tearing someone down, put yourself in their shoes.
Financially, if you need to do a charge back, then do what makes you feel comfortable. But again I am sure John will make everything right.

14 days with no contact but yet he’s had time to post on Facebook. I don’t think anybody wants to bash him but it’s very very frustrating with 14 days of with no response. I did go through my credit card company so I’ve moved on but I definitely understand the frustration.

14 days with no contact but yet he’s had time to post on Facebook. I don’t think anybody wants to bash him but it’s very very frustrating with 14 days of with no response. I did go through my credit card company so I’ve moved on but I definitely understand the frustration.
Time ran out out of time to edit my post so here it is:
I sent 6 emails, 9 text and 1 voicemail after he finally cleared his mailbox. Didn’t say anything out of the way just. When will it ship. I received 1 email on the 16th asking when I wanted shipped. I answered his email within 10 min. Said ship 7/17 then nothing after. No clam and no more contact.He has posted on facebook defending his clams when someone said the ones he sent polo reef died. So I feel like an emergency is off the table. If he was having some kind of a situation, he should put on his voicemail message that he will get back to his customers and however, many days it takes. If I heard a message saying something came up and I’ll be back in 30 days I’d sit back and wait 30 days. You’re only reputable until you’re not but like I said in my post before this that I could not edit, I went through my credit card company so I’m going to move on.I work hard for my money like a lot of people and I expect to be treated fairly. Didn’t really want bring this up after the last message I sent, but I thought I should make it clear exactly what some of us are going through other than just saying me not like John.

@Bitteroldman hit the nail on the head. I don't want to bash him... i'd sit here patiently for a couple months if we just had an update but we don't. Had he not been posting on facebook I would have more concern about something bad happening to him. And I stupidly didn't put my payment on credit card because I thought he was (and still hope he is) reputable.
