Tried all forms of communication. They finally reached out so it’s all good. Just will be my last order.I had a miscommunication issue with them as well.. My best route was over text with John. Seemed like my email were going to a dead-end box. Have you tried [email protected]?
Both clams I received were healthy and would recommend him again
Day 12 with no contact. Just did a charge back. Now I’ll move on.But are they really reputable? I mean 6 unanswered emails, 9 unanswered text 1 unanswered voice mail when he finally cleared his voicemail so a message could be left. He may have been reputable at one time. I’d put something on vendor feedback but I’ve seen he doesn’t comment on those either.
14 days with no contact but yet he’s had time to post on Facebook. I don’t think anybody wants to bash him but it’s very very frustrating with 14 days of with no response. I did go through my credit card company so I’ve moved on but I definitely understand the frustration.John is a pretty reputable guy. He is just a one man show. I don’t know what is going on, but it is not the usual. There may be something else going on right now that supersedes his business. This I don’t know. But before tearing someone down, put yourself in their shoes.
Financially, if you need to do a charge back, then do what makes you feel comfortable. But again I am sure John will make everything right.

@Bitteroldman hit the nail on the head. I don't want to bash him... i'd sit here patiently for a couple months if we just had an update but we don't. Had he not been posting on facebook I would have more concern about something bad happening to him.
