Has anyone ordered from clam mania lately. I ordered 2 calms back in august and haven’t received them. They said they were going to ship them but never do.

same, i order one in july and it took awhile to ship. I placed another order in august, he called and told me to wait a few weeks , it's been more than 2 months LOL. My philosophy is if you have the time to post on instagram, you have the time to reply to your customers' emails, but what do i know, maybe he wants to raise my clams from baby size to 5+ inches before shipping
Then he should get assistance, be transparent or shut down ordering for a while. He rarely responds to emails or phone calls. After my disappointing order I will not make that mistake again. sameAs of today November 3, I still have received no fish or communication. It's amazing the company will let accept customer's money when they cannot deliver what was purchased.

Same here. Totally out of the blue with no apology or anything taking responsibility for the delay/lack of communication.Today, which is 1 month and 2 days after I paid for my order, I got an email saying they would ship next week. No explanation, apology or offer to make it right.
