If you have problems with jumping fish but don't like the drawbacks of traditional tops. Here is the solution. I have been using a mesh top for over two years without loosing a single fish to jumping. The mesh also allows nearly 100% light to penetrate the tank, heat to escape, and doesn't build up condensation/salt creep. I have both 1/4 and 1/2 inch mesh size available. If you have small fish, you should use the 1/4 inch. Neither one has a visibile effect on the light in the tank. 1/2 inch is a thicker material.

12x24 = $15
12x36 = $18
12x48 = $20
24x48 = $25
20x20 = $20
20x46 = $30
36x48 = $35
I still have most of a roll of this stuff left and I can cut to accommodate whatever size you need.
