  • N02 (nitrite)- 0
  • N03 (nitrate)- 5
  • NH3/NH4(ammonia) - 0.2
  • kh (Alk.)- 2.0

Tank got cloudy after I took my Chemi-pure blue out. I added it after I cycled my tank, Nitrates rose and the cloudiness came with it. so I did a water change. Now the cloudiness won’t go away, and i’ve got bubbles in the sump. anyone help?

That kh reading looks suspect. Are you sure that's correct?

How old is the tank?

Also to add your ammonia being at .20 is a tad high as it should be at 0 after a cycle.

And I'd definitely double check you alkalinity.

What test kit are you using?

well I say 0.2 even tho my kit always says 0, I get put on blast for saying it’s 0 because “your tank will have always have ammonia” even tho, it is testing 0
