So I bought a tank secondhand from a guy and it was super dirty I thought I cleaned it out well but I must've not it's a Red Sea max 250 and I couldn't get all the water out in the back will it ever clear up it's been about a week

Run some carbon to start. I would change it out every 2 weeks. If it's still bad increase water changes. Good luck!

Do you have anything in the tank yet? If not add a couple gallons of vinegar and let it run for 4 or 5 days and rinse it out. Of course this isn't an option if you've already added salt,rock,etc..
