Clownfish Disease?

I came home and noticed my clownfish laying in my GSP looking weak and diseased. I haven't added any live things into the tank in at least 4 months (corals, fish, inverts) so I don't understand how he got sick. Please let me know if there is anything I should do. Thanks for the help

How long have you had the clownfish?
Are you certain that it wasn't showing any milder symptoms in the days prior?
Is everything else in the tank symptom-free?

The first video looks like Brooklynella, but in the second video, I can see possible ich spots....

Yes, all the other fish are acting normal from what I've observed. And I've had the clownfish for about 9 months. I haven't noticed anything off about any of the other creatures too (inverts and corals)

Well, I'll wait for the other fish medics to weigh in on this - the fish is obviously sick, and probably has a protozoan infection, but ich and Brooklynella have two different treatments, and I'm worried that if you go in the wrong direction to treat, it may not work.....

Does look to be in direction of brooklynella and safest treatment would be ruby rally pro which addresses many clownfish issues

I sent OP here from Reddit. I also thought it could be brook or very advanced ich, but the fact OP hasn't added anything in over 4 months sounds suspicious. Could brook lay dormant for so long?

It may be a question of what recent stresses have the fish experienced that caused their immunity to dip?

A clownfish isn't usually the first one prone to things either, so it's a little strange IMO on that basis.

I would say not Ich. If that Clownfish had Ich considering the huge amount of it on him, OP's other fish would surely be showing Symptoms also. I didn't see anything on the Cardinal or the Wrasse in the video.

I'll probably go use this as it seems there are not any other clear answers.

@itad32 Do you get your water from LFS? I wonder if it could've gotten into your tank through some kind of contamination.

No I make my own water at home so it couldn't have been that

I agree with Vetteguy's diagnosis of Brook. Best treatment would be to move him to a QT Tank. Formalin seems best but not that easy to get and has health hazards associated with it so requires proper ventilation and PPE. This use to be common many years ago and I remember using it on occasion before anyone realized it was a health hazard. Ruby Rally Pro like Vette said is your best bet.
