Need some white light pics to help and a few thing about your tank.

The basics
Tanks age
Other fish
Ammonia
Nitrite
Nitrate

also, you said 3 clowns? If it is 3, possibly aggression. Especially if the other 2 are paired.

Please post pics under white lighting for best assessment. These seems to have a haze on them suggesting brooklynella. Some symptoms of brook are lethargic behavior, refusing to eat, heavy breathing and listless behavior.
I assume fish on the right is dead. If not, will be

Doesn’t look like it, one officially died, I attached some pics so you guys can see if there’s anything to be concerned about..
Often hard to tell cause of death with a dead fish especially after two hours. Any pics of yet live one ?

Tanks age is about 3 weeks, there’s 4 clownfish, but I didn’t notice any aggression between them at all. I went to get water tested, and they said there was some Nitrite in it but since I added the fish this week, maybe that’s why.

I see what looks like a Tattered and ripped tail along with what looks like bite marks on the gill plate. This leads me to aggression.

I am on my phone, so will call in some folks to get a better look.

@vetteguy53081 @Jay Hemdal @Mibu @Lost in the Sauce can you all take a look at the post death pics?

I think you should buy a basic test kit. Some Nitrite could mean very little or could mean a lot. A basic API test kit will give you a lot of info. It’s hard to say what the problem is without more info including water parameters.

3 clowns in a 15 gallon won't work at all especially if 2 of them are already starting to pair or already have paired.
Basically what James said. My first tank I had a 32 gallon tank and put 4 clowns in it (because I didn't know any better). After a couple of months two of them became aggressive and killed off the other 2.

I would suspect aggression and stress from aggression is whats killing them.

Sounds like tank is not yet cycled if running only 3 weeks and likely low oxygen, high nitrates and ammonia spike,
Are you yesting water and with what test kit(s) ?
Fish wont raise nitrates but the foods will and with tank not quite matured, again, you will experience spikes in ammonia and nitrate
You will want to add detrifying bacteria such as Dr Tim One and Only or Micro Bacter XLM. At this time, reliable test kits such as Hanna or salifert brand is a must

When to mix up fish meal: When was the last time you tried a different brand of food for your reef?
