Clownfish looks sick

So my girlfriend bought this pair of clownfish a week ago and today one of the two started showing signs of what looked like ich. It was weird because literally the day before hand he looked completely fine. Now he looks on the brink of death. He has spots on his body and fins. His eyes are puffy. And she also said the clownfish was swimming erratically, but not scratching the glass or rock. Not sure if this is ich or something else. It is my understanding that for ich to get THIS bad it usually takes a few days/weeks, this took mere hours though so I am not sure what it is. He is currently in a copper solution at 1.95ppm.

Tank: Fluval Evo 13.5 gal
