Hello! I bought 3 clownfish from the same store two were in the same tank with other clownfish that I believe were all ocellaris clownfish, and the third clownfish that I bought is a domino long fin clownfish I acclimated then all together so that they would “get to know each other” I have had them for about a month and up until now they have gotten along both of the ocellaris flowing the domino who is much bigger than both of them so I this she is the Female and the other two are males now every so often one of the ocellaris charges at the other ocellaris and I’ve seen that the domino kind of defends the one that is getting attacked so the female is fine with both I was debating wearing or not it would be a good Idea to get another clown fish so that there would be two pairs of clown fish cuz I don’t want to get rid of them (if it comes down to that then i will) maybe getting another female? The reason I got three at fist was because I was going to get another male domino long fin so that it would pair with the female but I never found one so I got stuck with the two ocellaris and one long fin. Please advise Thanks

I wouldn't necessarily say the larger one is the female. How old are the fish? Normally, the larger one will become female. However, if they are all fairly young, time will tell. You can continue observing them. If they do pair up, they will force the other one away.

I don’t know exactly how old they are but I’ve only have the for about a month and the domino clown is about 3 inches and the other two are about 1 inch.
