May I assume you are feeding Mysis shrimp and possibly Brine shrimp?
If so, add flakes to the diet as well as LRS fish frenzy which are high in omega 3 and will pass easier as well as a notable change in feces color and consistency

The frayed fins from nipping is common as female has a hierarchy and is dominant to males often stealing all the food, hogging up an area of tank and bullying.. . . But dont see aggression as a reason for sticky poop
