I have another clownfish and a goby and they’re fine.
My clownfish is still eating and swimming normally, which i guess is a good sign
How do i treat him asap?

Other than a very short 3 second video, other image also Very fuzzy and neither of help
Will need a video of at least 20 seconds and clearer pic.
With description and body mass of the fish , I suspect its heavy mucus in the tract and not an internal issue.
May I assume you are feeding Mysis shrimp and possibly Brine shrimp?
If so, add flakes to the diet as well as LRS fish frenzy which are high in omega 3 and will pass easier as well as a notable change in feces color and consistency

Shrimp is an example. He's getting something fatty. FW dip is temporary relief for flukes and not a curative for any conditions.
The frayed fins from nipping is common as female has a hierarchy and is dominant to males often stealing all the food, hogging up an area of tank and bullying.. . . But dont see aggression as a reason for sticky poop
