It's a red Monti Cap...Nice! What's the bright pink at the far left? Do you have a closeup of that?
Looks nice, mine always look kinda oranger and not as vibrant. It's a red Monti Cap...
A few more...
A few more...
That's easy...flat worms. Not the acro eating kind, the mostly harmless ones. It was back in 2009 and I treated my tank with Flatworm Exit not realizing just how bad it was infested. I pretty much lost EVERYTHING. I almost threw in the towel after that.wow, amazing... 10 years.. i hope i can get there !
what is the best and worst thing that happened to your display over that period ?
Rastas...Pic taken under heavy bluesFrom this set of photos
I bought that piece at MACNA 2 years ago?....whenever it was in D.C. It is a grafted Monti, red and green. The red grows way faster than the green and just overtook it. Now all you see is red.Looks nice, mine always look kinda oranger and not as vibrant.

Nothing but death in there ;Vomit
The best thing was the basement fishroom a couple posts up...I would HIGHLY recommend that to anyone that has the means. Adding all that water volume (100G Rubbermaid stock tank) makes a world of difference.sad to see that... what about the best thing ???
Yes indeed!! That is Piggy, the VERY FIRST fish I ever bought wayyyyy back in 2007. Rescued him from Petco and he's been the boss of the tank ever sinceBeen through some ups & some abysmal downs . . . but you sir, came out on top!
That is absolutely stankin' gorgeous.
Is that the same sailfin tang down through the years?
