completely lost

I just got in my biocube 14 solder less retrofit led pack and followed the directions and nothing is working not fans or lights just nothing. Tell me if you notice anything wrong it is starting with the blues and ending with them. The red and black at the end is the dimmer. If you have any pictures of yours or tips please help.

Is the end capped? I can't tell but it doesn't look like it

I have two dimmable drivers also one is coming out of the last led on the top of the picture

The last led on the string. Is there a piece of wire Shaped like a loop?

Ya I finally got the LEDs working after work I'm going to start playing with the fans I have them all the positives tied together and the negatives in a seperage one but they still won't turn on

Using the Driver, you need the positive going to one lead on the LEDs and the other lead will come back from the LEDs. Then plug in the driver.

What are you using as a power supply for the fans?

Just tie the fans to the 12volt driver. Black to black and red to red. They will come on with the lights.

It came with another power supply had to cut the cord and tie everything together

After two days of thinking and about 10 hours of working on it I finally got it done. Will put pictures up when everything opens up.
