Connecting to AI Prime 16HD ISSUE

Let me just tell you, WHAT A MISSION.

Everytime I go into the app to adjust the settings or to change to a picture lighting setting.

Holy crap how frustrating, I log in and out like 20-30 times before giving up.

This is ridiculous

sorry if its a dumb question, but do you switch your network to the 2.4 before using this app?

Having the same issue with my hydra 26's, could only previously connect with an i phone, never been able to connect with an android phone, now even the i phone wont connect

Make sure you're turning on bluetooth and location on phone, then open the ai app

No I do not. The first connection was perfect, ever since then. Have always had issues and I bought the light 1 week ago
