Hey i stocked in my Nano tank a Kenya tree and a Toadstool coral but both of them dont look so good the kenya looks like its melting and the toadstool looks like its either shedding or loosing tissue which concerns me greatly they have been looking like that since i put them in on wednesday the 18th the tank finished 2 weeks ago the cycling
Running atm
Ph 8
Kh 7
Ng4 <0,05
No2 0,01
No3 1
Po4 <0,02
Cal 360
I dont have the light blasting in the nano its aet to the midrange i have the light about 15cm above the water level

Before i put them in the tank i gave them a coraldip that was iodine based i dont know if that was the reason they started to not look so healthy

Any tips for how i can maybe save them?
Should i put them in my main 30gal tank thats been running for half a year to try let them recover? If they are saveable

Toadstool and kenya like "dirtier" water, so a 2 week old tank will be basically sterile, its not a good environment for a coral. Also keep in mind, they both need good flow or they will melt. Leathers can acclimate to different lighting, but flow is more important to leather corals than light IMO.

So i should try leaving them in my 30gal for them to recover? Since its a older system
Would they need Medium flow or high flow?

Its at 1.207-9 i think i dont know if i read it right on the refraktometer because i didnt understand how to calibrate it
1.207 would be incredibly concerning. how did you try to calibrate? You should use a calibration solution like this one: https://a.co/d/6hjBzPH

you should shoot for 1.026 for your salinity

I was told to drop some of the solution into the small intake for it and then use some drops from my tank onto the lense

I will make a water change soon and put less salt into the mix to try to reduce the salinity

In my 30gal i have a salinity of 1.025

And sorry i mean 1.027 not 207 xD

The left toadstool head looks way worse now in the older tank looks like pieces fall off i think the left one is a gonner the right head is shedding i can see the small polyps but i think my bulldozer (my hermit) climed on the left head and made it worse .

Sorry for the dirty Front glass i still see some strands of dino so i am kinda not trying to touch it or water change parameters still look fine
