I picked this coral up today, and it was labeled as "ultra orange brain coral." No idea what it is...I thought it might be a lobo at first, but, the little tentacles it always has showing makes me think otherwise (not feeding tentacles - those come out when food goes into the tank).

Here's both a full coral shot as well as a closeup of the tentacles (they are soft, not just hard spines on the coral).

Almost looks like a giant ric it has a few mouths I can see... Pretty cool piece... How big is it???

It's about 4" across. Has a skeleton, so, it's definitely not a ric :) Looks like a ric by its texture for sure though. It puts out sweeper/feeder tentacles when it smells food in the water too.

I believe this is an australian carpet lobo. Indonesia has them as well I believe. For sure though it is a lobo. Nice piece!
