Trying to set up a new Reef Factory account --- the push notification to the phone # or email isn't going through.
I can access my account on the website, but not through the app because of this. I'm concerned I won't be able to set up a new device w/o this authentication step.
So, 2 questions:
1. Anyone know how to get the auth code to be sent/validated?
2. Do you need the mobile app to set up a new device or can you do it via Desktop?
