How soon do I add the clean up crew after adding fish? also does the clean up crew drive up the ammonia?

Depends on your water parameters. Inverts don't like high nitrates. Usually newly cycled tanks have higher nitrates and those need to be under control before a clean up crew is added. There also has to be enough food to sustain them. I got my nitrates to under 15ppm and added a few snails, waited a couple weeks, and added more as needed.

Have you added fish yet?

I start adding CUC after the cycle has completed and as soon as I see algae starting to form. They are usually in my tank well before the fish.
