Providing there is enough room for your equipment I'd go with the R-200. I like to keep a place for chaeto for additional nutrient export.

Im really thinking the R-200 will work best for how i want to set everything up.

I actually like how its... its using up a lot of room under the stand. But thats fine because least im using the space to its maximum... i wanted to keep it in the wrapper and probably put it back in the box till im ready to set it up. But i might get a good picture of it before i put it back away. :)

New pictures and dry fit of my new Eshopps R-200 refugee. I went with be biggest i could fit it can hold a total of 30g but in the dry fitting stage with the piping ive ran into a problem. When i made the stand frame i put cross supports on the top side to hold the weight of the tank in the center. Well i built it with no consideration of plumbing. You can see in the last picture how the cross braces interfere with the hoses :( i might have to perform a operation on the stand and turn the braces to run with the refugee to allow ease of plumbing or i might be able to hard plumb the whole refugee and could be able to manipulate it to work. Whats everyone think?
