Custom lighting schedules

lets see what others are running the different lighting schedules as. I originally set up a really good setting based off reviews and I unfortunately reset it one day. I’d like to set up something similar again other than just using the preset settings

I don't have any data points, but I suspect that since the lights come with 6 programs + 1 acclimation, that many people are happy with one of the 6.

I run Coral Growth (at a lower percentage) and Strong Clouds.
