im ready to get my 210 cycling and would love to start it next week but i wont have the sand yet. is it ok to just cycle with just dry rock and add the sand later. i want to do it all at once but will have to wait and order sand later.$$

Its better to do it all at once, but its not necessary. You can split it up and add the sand later.

It is fine to start the cycle without the sand. When you get the sand, you can use a PVC pipe and pour the sand in the pipe to reduce the sandstorm effect.
